The LCM website has been moved to a faster server, which should be faster to access from outside Bulgaria. This should solve lantency problems that translators were having when using the translation interface.

Futhermore, the registration system to access the public demo site has now been re-opened and the public demo site has been upgraded to the latest development version. Its default configuration will also be changed to present an interface more representative the main LCM features.
