For general questions about the evaluation, installation, customisation or trouble-shooting of the software, write to the developer’s mailing-list. It is a public mailing-list to which you are invited to subscribe if you use LCM in your organisation.

The LCM team offers the following services worldwide:

 Installation support;
 Technical support by e-mail or by phone;
 Training of staff (users, system administrators).
 Development of specific features (either as plugins, or as new features that are integrated into the software itself);
