Testing LCM and reporting bugs

Mathieu Lutfy

Testing can be made in two ways:
- You can test from a publicly accessible site on the web which will be running the application;
- You can install it locally on your own web server.

More information about this is provided below.

Reporting bugs

Please use the Source Forge tracker for our project.

You can also jump directly to the form to report a new bug. To save time, take a look at the tracker to see if the bug is already reported/solved.

Testers mailing-list

If you are interested, the first recommended step is to subscribe to the testers announcement mailing-list (low traffic and moderated). This list will alert testers when new versions are ready for testing and what are the new features, bugs fixed, etc.

To subscribe, click on the following link:
- http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailma....

A seperate list is available for Bulgarian testers:
- http://lists.sourceforge.net/mailma....

Accessing the public testing site

A development version of LCM is available at the following location:

- www.lcm.ngo-bg.org/public/

To register a personal account, click on the "register" link and provide a valid e-mail address. Please note that your account will be a regular user account and administrative functions will not be available.
