A preliminary version of a LCM connector now allows CK-ERP to operate within a LCM environment. CK-ERP is an open source accounting/MRP/ERP/CRM system that runs on top of multiple middlewares. It comprises 22 modules - Administration, i18n, Contact Management, Customer Relationship, Customer Self Service, Vendor Relationship, Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, MRP, Warehouse, Inventory, Service, AP, AR, PO, SO, Quotation, POS for Cashier, POS for Manager, HR, Staff Self Service and Payroll.

skip Some offices need to generate a case ID automatically using a set of predetermined criteria. For example: it may be WP-420123 to show that the case is of type "WP", or "420123/2007" to show that it is a case from 2007. There is a way in LCM to create a custom function which will generate this case ID.

skip LCM already had a way to format currency so that it is "1,000,000.00" in English, or "1 000 000,00" in French, but there was no way to support other numbering systems, such as the Indian numbering system, which would print the same number in the form "1,00,00,00.00".

The Legal Case Management software (LCM) may emit a panic or error message when uploading a large document (attach file) to a case, client or organisation.

To fix the problem, you must modify the following PHP parameters. You may also need to modify an LCM configuration variable.

skip More descriptive error message when export fails. The default case status is now ’open’ (not ’draft’). It is now possible to create a new organisation directly from the ’new case’ form. The term ’case alleged crime’ changed to ’case problem’. The management of contacts was much improved to be more flexible on which fields are mandatory and which are recommended. New ’date of birth’ field for clients, and many many bugs fixed. This release also includes a new German and Italian translation, and the French translation was updated.
